OVERVIEW
Students in the AKMA Young Adult Program will follow the AKMA's training curriculum at a more advanced level than the Juniors Program. In addition to mental and physical conditioning, training will include situational awareness, conflict avoidance, Kenpo self-defense techniques, drills and sparring with controlled contact.
As the AKMA's training curriculum is age-appropriate, the Young Adult Program culminates at the Brown Belt level. At that time, students age 16 and older may, at Shihan Aguinid's discretion, promote into the Adult Program as Adult White Belts in order to continue their training.
