REMOTE TRAINING CONTINUES
In light of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, the AKMA continues to make the health and safety of its staff and students its first priority. At this time, remote training continues to be available to all students via Zoom. Shihan Aguinid will notify everyone as needed regarding any changes to this schedule.
IN-PERSON TRAINING NOW AVAILABLE IN DOJO PARKING LOT
A large tent and privacy fence has been set up in the parking lot behind the dojo in order to allow in-person training. Temperature checks will be taken before students are permitted to enter the training area. Once inside, all staff and students will maintain social distancing etiquette.
Classes will be held at their normally scheduled times for both regular and remote students. All students should wear their AKMA shirts, belts and gi pants, as well as appropriate workout shoes. Please note that masks will NOT be worn during training. Students should also bring their own water bottles, as the water fountain in the dojo is currently unavailable for use.
Parents of Junior and Teen students should park in the free public parking lot located just south of the dojo on Angeleno Street. Parents should remain in their cars during classes as only students will be permitted to enter the training area. Access into the training area will be via the sidewalk on Angeleno Street.
Please contact Shihan Aguinid with any questions.
